Welcome to My Dirty Devotion.

I've always loved to write. It's been a passion of mine to blog and be candid about my life-no matter how messy.

I published my first blog in my thirties...sharing the journey of my first marriage.

A blog that consisted of betrayal in my marriage, church hurt that landed me in the country miles from where I grew up, raising our four kids on my grandparents' farm, and believing in the magical do over.

Needless to say, that blog ended with my emotionally abusive marriage.

A marriage I believed God was going to heal, but he didn't heal it.

Instead, He was set out to heal me...and that's exactly what He has done.

I tried publishing a few more blogs since that first one, but it just wasn't time.

Life kept taking twist and turns.

It would take more church hurt, more abuse, another divorce, losing my son for a season, homelessness, and so much more to birth this life I now embrace.

40 years...40 years of good, bad, and messed up seasons.

But here I am, with all My Dirty Devotion, thanking God for it all.

Especially, the messes!

It was in sharing all the dirty mess ups, I found myself ignited with devotion...a fiery devotion to live life abundantly.

Redeemed.

Delivered.

Healed.

FREE!

He blesses the messes, friends...if we let Him.

Rather it's here on the blog, on YouTube sharing around my kitchen table, or out and about...I want to walk with you in this season.

No matter how good or messy life gets-I'm here!

I'm ready to sit with you, pray with you, and be the one to speak out and say THAT IS NOT NORMAL!

Much love,

Sarah Lee
